Investigation into the Microbiome of Blow Fly Eggs Using MicroSEQ™ ID

An undergraduate research project examining the microbial communities associated with blow fly eggs and their potential role in forensic entomology. This study applied culture-based methods and MicroSEQ™ ID sequencing to analyze species-specific microbiomes and explore implications for post-mortem interval estimation.
